- Perform all reception duties including receive, greet and direct patients and visitors, check patients in and out ensuring they have appropriate orders for further testing, appointments and referral information.
- Build and maintain relationships with drug reps and other outside vendors.

- Prepare for upcoming patient appointments by searching Lahey and MGB epic systems for pertinent outside testing and provider notes and scan into patient charts.
- Refill prescription according to physician protocol and inform patients of test results, medication instructions and other information relayed by physician.
- Manage prior authorizations and appeals and help patients with financial assistance enrollment.
- Serve as liaison to EHR provider for system upgrades.
- Run and analyze reports to ensure chart completion and accuracy according to Medicare and insurance guidelines.
