- Manage prior authorizations and appeals and help patients with financial assistance enrollment.

- Serve as liaison to EHR provider for system upgrades.

- Run and analyze reports to ensure chart completion and accuracy according to Medicare and insurance guidelines.

- Responsible for MIPS reporting and creating/maintaining MIPS binders.
