We searched for vulnerable children whose parents/guidance cannot afford them better living conditions. We got them enrolled in the program, submitted them to the office and the office in turn mailed them overseas for foster parents. When these children got enrolled, their supports were sent directly to our head office. The office at a quarterly basis will invite all the parents of these children and give them packages of materials and financial support. We will then be paying regular visits to these families and be writing progress reports on the children to their foster parents with pictorial evidences.
