From my time as a Sales Associate at Aeropostale, I learned that I excel in customer engagement and relationship building. Due to the fact I am bilingual and can efficiently understand & speak Portuguese, I can effectively cater to diverse clientele, ensuring that whoever I am speaking with is understood and gets their needs catered. Moreover, throughout high school I took Spanish classes. Through this, alongside working at Aeropostale, where majority of the clientele were nonnative speakers, I was able to perfect my Spanish. From my experience with Aeropostale, I can adeptly manage high stress situations and have developed skills for fast-paced retail environments. Overall I'm ready to transition into new field.
