I efficiently schedule and coordinate patient procedures, surgeries, follow-up appointments, and pre-admission testing, ensuring timely communication and complete details are provided to patients. I maintained accurate scheduling records across multiple applications, managed physician calendars, and collaborated with internal and external partners for resource allocation. My responsibilities included registering patients, verifying demographic data, processing referrals, and ensuring all paperwork and preauthorizations were completed. Additionally, I act as a liaison between departments and external agencies, regularly updating staff, and posting schedule revisions. As well as having Epic experience using both Cadence and Cupid.

During my internship, I provided technical support to students by troubleshooting computer issues and assisting with assignment uploads on Canvas. I supported students in IST courses by clarifying course content and addressing their questions, collaborating with faculty to improve overall student support services. Additionally, I efficiently used the EAB platform to schedule and manage tutoring appointments, enhancing student access to academic resources.

I scheduled patients for seminars, prepared patients’ charts, scheduled lab work, tracked results, entered confidential information in the company’s databases, ensured excellent documentation in the EMR, and communicated with patients about the donor egg and gestational carrier process, as well as with other departments in arranging appointments. Liaison between patients, the TPR team, clinical teams, and lab management for a directed sperm donation program. Scheduled directed sperm donors for screening, and maintaining communication with recipients and their sperm donors.

Mental health worker within the psychiatric/medical unit. Daily responsibilities included 1:1 patient care and monitoring, facilitating patient trips outside of the hospital, and responding to calls for de-escalation and assistance.

In charge of web page design, programming, including maintenance, and e-commerce for customer use. Reviewing customer order forms, and daily processing of service orders for clients. Collaborated with team members to streamline workflow and improve efficiency. Managed quality control and maintained high level of customer satisfaction.
