As a WINN Block teacher I provide targeted academic support to meet students 'individual need during WINN Block. create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can focus on building essential skills in reading ,writing and mathematics collaborate with classrooms teachers and specialists to analyze data ,identify learning gaps and design differentiated lessons and small group-instruction.My role is to guide ,support and challenge students at their current level so they can make measurable progress and build confidence in their abilities .By fostering both academic growth and a supportive classroom culture I ensure every student has the opportunity to sucess.

• Oversaw students in classroom and common areas to monitor, enforce rules, and support lead teacher.
• Improved classroom management by assisting teachers with behavioral interventions and monitoring student progress.
• Supervised students during non-instructional periods such as lunch, recess, or field trips, ensuring safety at all times.
• Fostered a positive learning environment by establishing strong rapport with students, parents, and faculty members.
