During COVID, my brothers and I started a landscaping company that I worked over the summers. Both of my brothers have left to take on other jobs but I currently run the company.

• Maximized performance by monitoring daily activities and mentoring team members.

I was a lifeguard at a waterfront at a local day camp. I helped campers with first aid, and any other needs they needed to be fulfilled.

• Educated patrons on safety protocols and enforced safety rules.
• Responded to emergency situations in a timely, efficient manner.
• Responded to patron incidents in professional and timely manner.

I worked as a cashier at Which Wich, but more often then not I made customers sandwiches when other workers were busy.

• Handled customer complaints and concerns and escalated to direct supervisor for quick resolution.
• Processed credit card, EBT, and gift certificate payments with electronic computer system.
• Approached every question or concern with calm and level-headed approach.
