Transition Aged Youth (TAY)  2018 – 2019  

Assisted in the development and implementation of a Transition Aged Youth treatment model to help  young adults entering community mental health systems. Successfully wrote a granted awarding three  computers across young adult group homes in the Worcester and Southbridge area 

Crisis Intervention Team Technical Assistance Center (CIT-TTAC)  2021- Present 

Routinely trained police departments across Massachusetts in the Crisis Intervention Team model.  Specifically trained officers in suicide prevention skills and the completion of Pat Deegan’s “Hearing  Voices” curriculum for understanding and working with people experiencing psychosis.  

Trauma Informed Care – Education and Training   2021- Present   

Assisted in development and implementation of trauma informed care across a variety of audiences  including staff, individuals served, and other stake holders. Reviewed and modified current training  material to be in line with trauma informed principles 

Worcester Trauma, Resiliency & Racial Equity – Community of Practice 2021- 2022  

Attended the Worcester, Trauma, Resiliency, and Racial Equity training institute and then became involved  with the community of practice. Attended biweekly meanings discussing race equity, learning to promote  it within organizations, continued practice and awareness of racial equity and resiliency building
