Responsible for ensuring diners have a positive experience at food establishments by exhibiting excellent customer service. Their duties include greeting diners and taking their orders, communicating with members of the kitchen about orders and carrying meals or beverages to the correct tables
Support for adults with developmental delays and intellectual disabilities in group home and day program settings, helping each person with their feeding, motor development activities, personal hygiene, and maintaining a clean and appropriate space for each of them.
Some of my responsibilities include but not limited to promoting the restaurant in different social media engines. Post daily online blogs of menu specials, lunches, cocktails, and events. Create flyers and brochures for marketing purposes, then distribute them to source new sales opportunity. Answer customers questions and inquiries on social media.
Main responsibility consists of acting as a first point contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. Managing appointments via phone and emails based on availability, often controlling access to the stylists. Welcome walk-ins, answer questions, and informing clients about new services and discounts. Cross- selling services and products when appropriate through informative brochures, and online social media account management.
