Financial Strategy

• Execute strategies, budgets, and forecasts, providing accurate financial projections and analysis to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, profitability & cash conversion improvement.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the sales director, contributing to the review of the Route to Market and achieving significant savings in SPD (Service paid to distributors).
• Implement various digital solutions, including ERP Nav (2019), Power BI, Concur, Anaplan DP, and Anaplan DDMRP.

Financial reporting & internal control:

• Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports in compliance with local and IFRS GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and local tax laws.
• Manage company cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
• Implement robust internal control and risk management procedures;
• Design corporate financial policies and lead implementation of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Successfully managed risks and volatility during the COVID crisis through agile adaptation of ways of working, enhanced governance, tight cash management, and operational excellence.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.

Management

• Mentor, develop and empower the team to enable them to achieve their full potential and make meaningful contributions to the company's success.

Operations

• Oversee all aspects of supply chain management and logistics function, including procurement, inventory management and customer service level.
• Strong improvement of operations KPI’s (CSL, forescast accuracy, DFC...)
• Implementation of S&OP framework to streamline operations and enhance planning efficiency.
• Successfully Internalized the logistics function and opening of an additional warehouse to support business growth
• Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities (ONSSA & Customs)
• Collaborate closely with other departments specially Sales & Marketing to align operational strategies.
• Prioritized and maintained a strong focus on health and safety protocols, resulting in zero workplace accidents and ensuring the well-being of all warehouse employees.

• Development of financial reporting in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Lead the business process in collaboration with sales & marketing departments.
• Implement robust internal control procedures.
• SG&A cost center analysis
