• MPS American Red Cross Program Manager (2009-Present) Responsible for maintaining instructor certifications, records and course fidelity.

• Work with Probation and Trial Court, as well as professional organizations to design, develop and conduct programs that satisfy the professional development needs of all Probation Staff.
• Managed daily operations of the Probation Training Academy
• Developed the Massachusetts Probation Service Defensive Tactics Program in collaboration with the Massachusetts State Police.
• Built the capacity to deliver the training internally through Train the Trainer Instructor Certifications
