• Analysis and approve the technical documents from suppliers
• Plan and carry out audits of the implementation of surveillance plans
• follow up internally as externally the failures of raw materials
• PPAP Management & Validation.
• Ensure the evaluation of suppliers' quality performance
• Monitoring of machine's planning and measuring tools
• supervise a team of quality inspectors .

Client of PSA

• Conducting the Internal Audit LPA and the external Audit (Supplier plants)
• Provide a Training to the Quality technicians about the work processes.
• Define and update the work instructions and the control plans
• Manage and implement the supplier quality system, incorporating all customer requirements and specifications
• Create visual Management to improve the processes
• Management the complaints related Raw Material with action plan follow-up
• Lead improvement initiatives through the 8D corrective action process,ensuring supplier compliance and implementing improvement plans
• Organize the reception & inspection of the raw Material and implement the warehouse audit
• Animation QRQC Meeting
• KPI's quality & supplier Follow up
• PPAP Management & Validation.
