As part of INWI’s Engineering and Deployment Division, I am responsible for leading and overseeing FH engineering activities to support fixed network development programs

• Deployment Manager for FH Upgrade, managing projects with four main vendors: Huawei, ZTE, NEC [Aviat], and Nera, across various types: E-band, Newlink, and Hardware Upgrade
• CW Prerequisites: feasibility studies, space and power requirements, support setup, and CW approvals needed to initiate installation
• Link Deployment: conducting surveys (LOS verification, prerequisites for outdoor and indoor sites, power availability), managing Job Requests (JRs) and installation, coordinating link schedules with various suppliers, and executing and monitoring SITP and SATP acceptance tests
• Traffic Swap: coordinating link readiness for swaps (SFP matrices, patch cords, cabling, configuration), managing SFP stock and distribution to regions, and executing swap activities (traffic and supervision)
• Deliverables:

Survey reports, GO Readiness CW, Installation reports, Pre-Acceptance Checklists SITP, Pre-Acceptance Checklists SATP, Weekly Progress Report, Project Closure Report

Acceptance status of SITP links (with reserves), Swap progress of links, Swap progress of attachment sites, Acceptance status of SATP links.

• Coordination of AFD Production Pilots in Rabat for mobile, swap, and dismantling domains (Initial Deployment (DI) or Network Lifecycle (VDR)
• Ensures feedback on the performance of Manufacturer Production Plants and the implementation of improvement plans for Manufacturer Plants in Romania
• Manages escalations between AFD production pilots and Bouygues Telecom managers
• Supports AFD Pilots during the introduction of new plants or modifications of plant operating procedures from the BUILD phase
• Establishes crash programs between Pilots, Production Plants, and Deployment Project Managers
• Improves reporting for Production Pilots
• Deliverables: Weekly & monthly performance summary of Production Plants, Evaluate the monthly and quarterly workload of Production Pilots, Follow-up with pilots on corrective and preventive action plans for all mobile production plants, Monitor improvement requests submitted to the build teams, Implement Lessons Learned (REX) if requested by the client in the event of major AFD failures, Meeting reports for client/pilot meetings

• Cross-functional coordination of support teams to meet client requirements (SFR)
• Management of subcontractors, daily schedule monitoring, weekly planning meetings, and KPI analysis
• Weekly planning/follow-up & progress meetings with regional clients
• Daily resolution of operational issues
• Daily updates to the SI database (ISDP), reporting, and KPI tracking
• Management, scheduling, and injection of odeons frames (SFR) in Accordeon, and Accesnet (TDF)

• Business Project Management (MOA) / Specification Writing and Business Requirements (EB): Definition of KPIs to monitor implementation, including pilot validation thresholds and gains evolution
• Project Development and Oversight: Manage project evolution, including reporting, writing specifications, and tracking corresponding budgets
• Interface and Data Design Coordination: Participate in and coordinate the definition and design of various interfaces, as well as data recovery processes
• Propose Innovative Solutions or Process Improvements: Suggest innovative solutions or enhancements to existing business processes based on CRM application updates
• Implementation of New Features: Oversee the full process from preliminary study to field deployment, including design, configuration, testing, and user training
• QoS Studies and Performance Monitoring: Conduct QoS studies through the design and tracking of performance indicators (KPI: vigilance indicators, QoS analysis, pilots)
• Reference Database Validation: Validate the reference database constructed by DPS
• Cross-Functional Project Management: Manage decision-making projects, needs analysis, and production deployment

• Management of SWAP for over 4,000 sites
• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop project schedules, timelines, estimates, and resource plans in collaboration with the project team
• Active Management of Schedules, Dependencies, Scope, Quality, and Risks: Actively manage planning, dependencies, scope of work, quality issues, and project risk
• Adherence to PMO Standards: Ensure compliance with internal PMO standards
• Use of PMO-Aligned Processes and Practices: Apply project management processes and practices that meet PMO criteria

• WDM Deployment and Expansion Project Management: Oversaw WDM deployment and extension projects from project team launch through to maintenance handover
• Milestone Tracking: Monitored progress of various milestones (deliverables, setups, surveys, IMES, acceptance testing, etc.)
• Milestone Planning and Coordination: Planned project milestones and shared schedules in SWG with equipment vendors and the contracting authority (MOA)
• Timely Delivery Compliance: Ensured adherence to delivery schedules (deliverables), deployment milestones, and project budget constraints
• Vendor Management: Managed the Huawei equipment provider
• Operational Monitoring and Internal Tracking Tools: Managed and updated internal tracking tools (DCE, DCI, HLD, LLD, BOQ)
